Duration: approx. 3h30 The first part, which climbs, follows the watercourse that was built by the shepherds, who constructed small waterfalls with stones salvaged from the site. Mr. DURAND Roger, a shepherd, recounted his childhood memories to me: &#8220;I used to look after the sheep with my father, and as a child I used to help him build these little water reservoirs to give the flocks something to drink. We worked hard in those days! <br\/>At the Col de Tournerond, we take time to rest and enjoy the view, the circling eagles and the marmot calls. After a gentle descent of the ridges, we reach the Col de Chante: a mountain pasture dotted with thousands of spring wildflowers. The return journey through the hamlets of Les Si\u00e8zes and Les Amay\u00e8res reveals the mountain architecture.
