Le Jocou

The Jocou massif rises to over 2000m and is home to a wealth of birdlife, including nivelles, ptarmigan and vultures. A large part of this loop crosses alpine pastures grazed by numerous sheep, so keep to the marked paths out of respect for the herds and shepherds. The whole loop follows the GR®93, except for the variant via the Ventecul pass, marked in Yellow and Green.
